Lisa Ruffin is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience delivering strategic HR solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering operational excellence. As the HR Manager at Onyx Point, she leads the full scope of HR functions ranging from onboarding and benefits administration to policy development, employee relations, and payroll coordination for a dynamic and growing team.
In her role, Lisa also serves as the primary 401(k) Plan Sponsor and oversees critical government reporting, audits, and compliance efforts. She collaborates closely with executive leadership to ensure smooth back-office operations and consistent HR support across multiple government contracts.
Known for her precision, collaborative mindset, and strong employee advocacy, Lisa is a trusted resource for leadership and staff alike. She brings a pragmatic, people-first approach to navigating complex HR challenges, developing clear policies, and cultivating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
